To give people a safer walking route to businesses in the Safeway district, a group of Molalla people are hoping to build a path and footbridge called the Bear Creek Byway.The byway project, intended to create a safe and picturesque passage from Toliver Road to Highway 211, was started by 23 Molalla people participating in the Ford Institute Leadership Program.
